The gite features a spacious 70 m² living area on the ground floor with a working fireplace (usable only from late October to late March, firewood available for an extra fee). There is also a large 200 m² courtyard (the former farmyard), which, while not private, is available for guests to enjoy outdoor meals, relaxation, and leisure. It is possible to accommodate 2 additional guests (on extra beds), available for an extra fee. A large shed is provided for parking cars, boats, and trailers. The beach is 15 minutes away by bike or 6 minutes by car. Direct access from the farm to the GR 34 trail, beaches, and walking or cycling paths. Two additional guests can be accommodated on extra beds, available for an extra fee. The stone houses share a 100 m² courtyard (access to the gîtes, not private but rarely used by owners or others), a natural wooded garden of 800 m², and a large 300 m² shed that can shelter up to eight cars, a trailer, boat, or motorbikes. Several outbuildings are also available for storing bikes or bulky luggage. The property is old, simply equipped, rustic, and peaceful, located on an active organic farm. The owners live on site. Eco-friendly cleaning products are provided. The rentals are suitable for holidays or weekends with family or friends, or for gatherings (maximum 16 people, no sound systems allowed but music at moderate volume is accepted), in a simple and welcoming atmosphere.
